About me

My name is Cana Adiso, I am a certified personal training, and I am passionate about empowering people to become more physically active. 
 
I believe that physical activity has the ability to make a profound impact in the way we live our lives. The benefits of being physically active range from healthier bodies to healthier minds and ultimately a better quality of life. There are many ways that we can choose to get active, and the gym is one that I am very passionate about. 
 
I know how daunting it can feel when trying to become someone who works out at the gym. From the different memberships to the various equipment, it can all seem highly overwhelming at first. My hope is that this blog will help people be able to tackle the gym one step at a time. 

 

This website will offer insights into how to pick a gym that's best for you and how to know which exercises would be worth your time. It will offer inspirational stories of how others have been able to make changes in their life to allow them to become more physically active.
